Babies 9 m – 2 y
Baby nursery for 9 months to 2 years
Gentle, attentive care for your youngest in Southall, with one adult to every three babies.

Babies need responsive adults who know them well. Our 1:3 ratio means your baby’s key person has the time to follow their sleep and feeding rhythm, respond to every babble and gesture, and notice the small things that matter.
Days are built around sensory exploration: treasure baskets, the ball pit, soft blocks on textured mats, tuff trays of oats and dough, music and songs in the small group room, and quiet time in the sensory room when the world gets too loud.

Questions parents ask
What age can my baby start?
From 9 months. Some families join Stay & Play earlier and start nursery when their baby is ready.
Do you get funded hours for under-twos?
Working-parent funding for children from 9 months is accepted (15 hours, 38 weeks). On a funded place the SEND Specialist Support Fee is £80 a week for 15 hours or £160 for 30 hours.
What do I need to bring for my baby?
Nappies, wipes, labelled bottles with milk or water, a spare change of clothes, and lunch once your baby is on solids.
How do you settle a baby in?
Gradually. Short visits with you present, then short sessions alone, building up over a week or two with the same key person each time.
